All servicing of Rivelta watches shall be performed by Horologium, unless otherwise specified in the notification. Based in Berkshire, Horologium's global network of service partners covers the majority of large and minor markets, allowing for local after-sale support. The local partners of Horologium enable them to provide an after-sale experience that is quicker, easier, and more pleasant for us as a brand and for you as a customer.

Repair Service Service

  1. Customer Inquiry: Customer requests a repair via the website.
  2. Quote: Horologium provides an online quote and shipping advice.
  3. Shipping: Customer sends the watch to the service partner.
  4. Confirmation & Approval: Service partner confirms the quote upon receipt and awaits customer approval.
  5. Invoicing: Once approved, the service partner invoices the customer directly for the repair.
